Construction of Przystanek Karkonosze in Miłków is underway!

Przystanek Karkonosze, a retail park being developed by Redkom Development in Miłków, on the outskirts of Karpacz, is attracting tenants interested in expanding in a region that has long been dominated by small-scale retail. The facility is currently under construction, and the company plans to open in August 2025.

The commercialization rate, based on signed agreements, has exceeded 80%. The remaining retail space remains in advanced negotiations with prospective tenants. Przystanek Karkonosze, with approximately 16,000 square meters of retail space, 30 stores and service outlets, and a Lidl Polska grocery discount store, will be the largest retail park in the region. The new retail facility's excellent location at the intersection of roads to key cities in the region will provide convenient access for residents and the numerous tourists who visit the Karkonosze Mountains year-round.

A diverse tenant mix and access to brands previously absent from physical stores in Karpacz and the surrounding area, such as HalfPrice and the new Worldbox brand, will make the emerging park a dominant retail destination. Future tenants include a strong presence in the clothing and footwear industry, including the aforementioned HalfPrice and Worldbox, Ochnik, Wojas, Sinsay, Diverse, CCC, and New Yorker, previously associated primarily with shopping centers. There will also be sports offerings from 4F and Martes Sport stores, drugstores including Rossmann, and jewelry from APART. Customers can purchase consumer electronics from Media Expert, and a wide range of home products from TEDi.

"Przystanek Karkonosze is opening in August of this year. Six months before the opening, the commercialization rate has exceeded 80%, which clearly demonstrates tenant interest in our investment and expansion in this area. We are fully aware that both Miłków and Karpacz, as well as the surrounding areas, are already awaiting the opening. Residents are eager for a modern retail park with a variety of stores, a wide range of products, and a well-known grocery store. We are confident that Przystanek Karkonosze will quickly gain customers' trust, become the first choice for everyday shopping, and the wide range of attractive products will encourage frequent and spontaneous visits. This will be the beating heart of retail in the region," said Elżbieta Kutrasińska, Head of Leasing at Redkom Development.

Redkom Development is collaborating with Mallson Polska to commercialize the facility.
