Construction of the first shopping center in Oława and its surroundings began. Real2B Development, the owner of Quick Park, announces that local residents will make their first purchases in the gallery this year.

The general contractor of Quick Park in Oława - Budrem has already made reinforcements and next week will start assembling the first components.

Quick Park Oława Shopping Center will be the first modern, multifunctional shopping, entertainment and service facility in the region. The building is designed in the shape of the letter "L" and its rental area will amount to 10.6 thousand. sq.m. The gallery will offer 35 shops, service outlets, a supermarket and the only multiplex cinema in the region - OH Kino, which covers an area of 1,053 sq.m. It plans to launch four rooms equipped with digital projectors displaying 2D and 3D images and Dolby Surround speakers. Directly in front of the property you will find free parking for 270 vehicles.

The Galeria will be built on nearly 2.5 hectares of land, at one of the main arteries of the city, Nowy Otok Street, which is part of the provincial road No. 396, connecting the city center with the national road no. 94 and the A4 motorway.

Based on our existing cooperation with General Contractor Budrem, who has already built Quick Park in Strzegom and Myslowice, I am confident that the construction process will follow the plan.
