- Already operating in the immediate vicinity are Kaufland and Biedronka grocery stores, a Castorama DIY store, a Decathlon sports store, a retail park featuring Action, Tedi, Media Expert, Pepco, Smyk, Rossmann, Maxi Zoo, and McDonald's and KFC restaurants.
- Soon, a large Meble Agata supermarket, a retail park offering home furnishings, and a Popeyes drive-thru restaurant will open near the mall.
