Siekierki in Warsaw now features a Zdrofit fitness club at Plac Wiślany!

The Plac Wiślany shopping center is systematically expanding its offering—this time by adding a health and entertainment segment. Zdrofit, the largest chain of fitness clubs in Poland—part of the Benefit Systems Group—has joined the project’s group of tenants. This modern club will introduce a sports and recreational component to the development, catering to the needs of residents in the rapidly growing Siekierki district of Warsaw.

The arrival of Zdrofit aligns with the strategy of establishing Plac Wiślany as a local hub for daily activities - a place where residents can shop, access various services, meet for coffee, and focus on their health and physical fitness. The Zdrofit facility will feature a modern strength and functional training zone, group classes, and comprehensive equipment suitable for individuals at every fitness level. "Securing Zdrofit is another step in the commercialization process of Plac Wiślany. We are consistently building a tenant mix based on strong, recognizable brands that address the daily needs of local residents and meet their expectations for the development. The fitness offering perfectly complements the retail and service functions of the project, increasing its overall appeal and the frequency of customer visits," says Maciej Celmer, Vice President of Mallson Polska, the company responsible for the commercialization of the property.

Plac Wiślany will feature over 30 shops and service points from well-known brands, alongside various dining options. Biedronka will open a grocery store here, showcasing its latest retail concept. Other brands set to be present include Action, Media Expert, Smyk, Empik, the drugstore chain dm, Aquael ZOO, Hebe, and Sinsay. Services will be provided by Optyk Kodano, Mr Minit, the travel agency Active Travel, the EBS dry-cleaning chain, and a currency exchange office. The grocery and food selection will be further enhanced by points such as Kiszeczka and the Grzybki bakery and confectionery. Green Caffe Nero will open a café spanning over 200 square meters, creating a welcoming space for meetings and relaxation.

The Siekierki district is currently undergoing an intensive development process and stands out as one of the most promising locations in Warsaw. Rapid residential expansion and a steadily growing population have created a need for modern retail and service facilities close to where people live. Plac Wiślany is being developed at the intersection of Aleja Polski Walczącej and Ulica Batalionu AK "Bałtyk." This location ensures convenient access for residents of the immediate vicinity, as well as those living further away—in areas such as Lower Mokotów or Augustówka—whether they arrive on foot, by bicycle, or by car. The project is surrounded by numerous existing residential developments, with more currently under construction. Consequently, Plac Wiślany is set to become a local hub for daily shopping, services, and social interaction for thousands of residents in this part of the city.

The center will feature modern architecture, characterized by an abundance of natural light, spacious walkways, and a comfortable shopping environment. A key aspect of the project is its social dimension; Plac Wiślany is designed to foster community integration through events, activities, and offerings tailored to a diverse range of visitors.

Access to the development will be exceptionally convenient. Motorists will benefit from an underground parking garage and a well-planned road network with quick access to the Siekierkowska Route (Trasa Siekierkowska). Public transport stops and bicycle parking facilities are also planned near the entrances to the complex. An additional feature will be a small park located right next to the entrance, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and spending time outdoors amidst greenery.

Construction is already underway, with the opening of Plac Wiślany scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.

The project is being developed by APM Development, a company with a long-standing presence in the real estate and construction sectors. Since 2003, the firm has delivered projects across Warsaw, including numerous residential developments in the Siekierki area. The architectural design was prepared by the firm Grupa AT, while Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and leasing of space at Plac Wiślany.
