Sekunda Retail Park in Włoszczowa is open!
On July 9th, the Sekunda Retail Park in Włoszczowa officially opened – the largest retail investment completed in the region in recent years. This modern, fully commercialized retail and service complex attracted crowds of residents of Włoszczowa and the surrounding area from day one, who gained access to a wide selection of well-known brands in one place.
The new retail park, located on Wiśniowa Street, near the city's new bypass and developing housing estates, has become the largest retail development in the western part of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. Covering approximately 12,000 m², it houses nearly 25 stores and service outlets, offering products in the fashion, sports, electronics, home furnishings, cosmetics, and everyday goods categories.
Tenants include, among others. Lidl, Sinsay, Martes Sport, Pepco, KiK, CCC, TEDi, Action, Media Expert, Worldbox, Rossmann, M&J, Monnari, Empik, and New Yorker, and for most of these tenants, these will be their first stores in the region. In addition to the largest and most recognizable brands, numerous smaller stores and service outlets have also opened, such as Butik EVA, T-Mobile, Orange, Piekarnio-Cukiernia Sosnowski, Piekarnia pod Telegrafem, Jubiler Skorpion, and Zychowicz.
Customers also have access to a spacious parking lot with approximately 400 spaces, providing convenient access to all stores.
"The opening of Sekunda Retail Park is a significant milestone for both residents and the entire region." "We have created a place that meets the everyday shopping needs of the local community and simultaneously enhances the attractiveness of Włoszczowa as a regional retail and service center," says Ewa Ściubidło, Vice President of the Management Board of Mallson Polska, the company responsible for the commercialization of the project.
The new investment responds to the growing expectations of customers and residents, creating a cohesive, attractive leisure area alongside existing nearby venues such as the Skate Park, Indoor Swimming Pool, Nemo Playground, and Stadium with sports fields and tennis courts.
The Sekunda Retail Park has created new jobs and increased the city's development potential, attracting customers from across the region.
"This investment strengthens Włoszczowa's position on the regional retail map. We are pleased that we were able to create a modern space that meets the expectations of residents, which simultaneously contributes to the creation of new jobs and supports the development of the local economy," emphasizes Jarosław Tutaj, Commercialization Director at Vanstar.
The project investor is Quantum/Vanstar – a company developing modern residential, retail, service, and office buildings throughout Poland. Further investments are planned for the next 2-3 years. The brand's success is driven by consistency and an effective commercialization model. Its portfolio includes the Sekunda Shopping Center in Jędrzejów, which will soon be expanded with a new retail park, and new retail projects in Bystrzyca Kłodzka and Hajnówka, among others.
