Plac Wiślany is expanding its service and specialist offerings!

The commercialization process for the retail facility in Warsaw's Siekierki district is well underway. In addition to large and medium-sized tenants, the Plac Wiślany Shopping Center is developing a segment of chain service and specialist concepts that will complement the local shopping center.

Among the tenants will be Aquael Zoo, a popular chain of pet stores in Poland. The brand's offerings include a wide selection of products for dogs, cats, rodents, birds, and fish, as well as specialized accessories for aquarists and breeders. The project will also feature a Kodano optical salon. Customers will be able to take advantage of eye exams, purchase prescription glasses and sunglasses, and purchase a wide range of contact lenses and optical accessories. Mr. Minit, an international chain specializing in key cutting, shoe repair, engraving, and watch battery replacement, has also joined the tenant ranks. Active Travel, a travel agency, will be a key element of the offering. The presence of this travel agency will allow residents to organize vacations and receive professional advice on leisure and international travel options. The food and beverage segment will be complemented by Kiszeczka, a concept specializing in traditional Polish-inspired products and dishes, and Grzybki, a Warsaw-based bakery and confectionery offering a wide selection of baked goods and confectionery. Tenants will also include the EBS chain laundry, which will provide residents with access to cleaning and clothing care services, and an Exchange Group currency exchange office.

The Siekierki district is currently undergoing intensive development and is one of the most promising locations in Warsaw. The rapid expansion of residential developments and the constantly growing population mean the district needs modern retail and service options close to home. Plac Wiślany is being built at the intersection of Aleja Polski Walcząca and Batalionu AK "Bałtyk" Streets, providing convenient access for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers alike. Numerous residential developments are located in the immediate vicinity of the development, with more currently under construction. This will make Plac Wiślany a local center for everyday shopping, services, and meetings for thousands of residents in this part of the city. Plac Wiślany will offer over 30 stores and service outlets from well-known brands, along with dining options. Biedronka will open its latest grocery store concept. The facility will also feature brands such as Action, Media Expert, Smyk, Empik, dm drugstore, and Sinsay. Green Caffe Nero will open a spacious 200 sq m café, creating a welcoming space for meetings and relaxation.

The center will be distinguished by its modern architecture – with ample natural light, spacious passageways, and a comfortable shopping area. A social function will also be a key element of the project. Plac Wiślany aims to integrate the local community through events, activities, and offerings tailored to various audiences.

Access to the development will be exceptionally convenient. Drivers will benefit from underground parking and a convenient road network with quick connections to the Siekierkowska Route. Public transport stops and bicycle parking are planned at the entrances to the facility. An additional advantage will be the park square located directly adjacent to the entrance to the facility, which will create a welcoming space for relaxation and outdoor activities surrounded by greenery.

The project is already under construction, and the opening of Plac Wiślany is planned for mid-2027.

The project investor is APM Development, a company with long-standing relationships in the real estate and construction sectors. Since 2003, the company has been implementing projects throughout Warsaw, including numerous housing developments in the Siekierki district. The architectural design was prepared by Grupa AT. Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept of Plac Wiślany and its leasing.
