HalfPrice, Worldbox and Ochnik are new tenants at Sekunda Retail Park in Jędrzejów!

 

The Jędrzejów Sekunda Shopping Center will expand its offerings with the addition of new well-known brands. HalfPrice will join the tenants of the expanded Sekunda Retail Park, opening a store in the new part of the complex, occupying approximately 1,500 square meters. Other brands debuting in this project include Ochnik, a leader in the design and sale of high-quality clothing and leather goods, and Worldbox, another brand of the Modivo S.A. group.

Opened in 2021, Sekunda Shopping Center combines the functions of a classic shopping center with a comfortable passage and retail park. With over 12,000 square meters of retail space, customers can shop at most of the most popular clothing, footwear, and service chains, including Sinsay, CCC, Martes Sport, Pepco, Jysk, Empik, Action, TEDi, KiK, Media Expert, Smyk, Rossmann, Vision Express, Kakadu, Big Star, Yes, Inmedio, and Diverse. The offer is complemented by the grocery operator Lidl and the Bricomarche "home and garden" supermarket.

The project expansion will create approximately 10,000 square meters of additional leasable space, with approximately 20 units from well-known chain tenants, including those from the clothing, home appliance, and drugstore sectors. Convenient parking will accommodate 250 cars.

This will provide a total of over 26,000 square meters of leasable space, offering approximately 60 stores, service outlets, and restaurants, creating the largest retail and service center in the region.

"The new space will allow for the introduction of additional recognizable brands and completely new shopping concepts, previously unavailable in Jędrzejów. The expansion will not only expand the facility's scale but, above all, enhance the shopping experience – more space, improved store accessibility, and a broader selection will make Sekunda an even more attractive place for everyday shopping and leisure." "This investment will strengthen the facility's position as the largest and most important retail and service center in the region," says Ewa Ściubidło, Vice President of Mallson Polska, the company responsible for the commercialization of the space.

The expansion is scheduled to open in the first half of 2027.

The Sekunda facilities are located on Reymonta Street, close to residential estates, a city park, the Sports Club stadium, the railway and bus stations, schools, and public institutions. An additional advantage of the project is the proximity of a gas station, car wash, and a vehicle inspection station.

The investor of the SEKUNDA projects is Quantum/Vanstar, a company developing residential and commercial properties. Quantum/Vanstar is an experienced investor and owner of modern retail, service, and office properties with a total area of ​​nearly 55,000 m². These include the 12,000 m² Retail Park in Włoszczowa, opening in a few weeks. A second retail park is under construction in Włoszczowa, with approximately 6,000 m² of space, where Biedronka, Jysk, and Bricomarche, among others, will open their stores. Quantum/Vanstar's immediate plans also include the construction of a network of modern retail parks in additional district towns, with a total area of ​​approximately 30,000 m², including in Hajnówka and Bystrzyca Kłodzka.
