Sekunda in Bystrzyca Kłodzka is the largest shopping center in the region!

 

In Bystrzyca Kłodzka, Lower Silesia, preparations have begun for the development of another modern retail park operating under the Sekunda brand. Vanstar acquired the land for the purpose of developing a retail and service project that will meet the needs of residents of the city and the region. The project envisages the construction of a facility with a leasable area of ​​approximately 14,000 m², with an opening planned for the second half of 2027.

Modern format tailored to the local market

Located on national road DK 33 (Czech Republic – Kłodzko), it will be the largest retail facility in the region. Its convenient location – at the main intersection to the city center – and a nearby train station (accessible to Kłodzko/Międzylesie – the Czech border/Wrocław/Gdynia/Praga) – will also provide access to the project's main attractions, including a well-known discount grocery store, a large DIY store, and a drive-thru restaurant operated by a popular restaurant chain.

Sekunda in Bystrzyca Kłodzka will be a retail park with over 20 units. The diverse tenant mix will meet the daily needs of Bystrzyca residents and customers traveling from the Czech Republic and the wider region. For the convenience of future customers, convenient free parking for 480 cars will be available at the retail park.

The development of the retail park will bring numerous benefits to the local community, including new jobs – both during construction and during operation, infrastructure development, and an increase in the town's attractiveness as a local retail and service center. The planned retail park in Bystrzyca Kłodzka has the potential to become a key retail destination in the region and an important element in the further expansion of the Sekunda brand in Poland.

Sekunda Development Strategy

The Quantum/Vanstar group, which is steadily building a portfolio of retail properties in Poland, is responsible for the development of Sekunda projects. Quantum/Vanstar is an experienced investor and owner of modern retail, service, and office buildings with a total area of ​​nearly 55,000 m², including in Jędrzejów and Włoszczowa. The company's strategy involves developing retail parks in cities with medium and lower populations, where access to modern retail space is limited. Further investments in modern shopping centers with a total area of ​​several tens of thousands of square meters are planned, including in Hajnówka.

The architectural concept is being developed by Vanstar Design Studio. Mallson Polska is responsible for the overall commercial concept of all Sekunda projects, including the retail leasing strategy.
