Action in Warsaw's Siekierki is a tenant of Plac Wiślany!
Another brand has joined the ranks of tenants in the modern shopping and service center being built in Warsaw's Siekierki district: the Dutch non-food discount chain Action. An attractive and diverse offering of nearly 6,000 products in 14 different categories, including personal hygiene, cleaning products, home furnishings, decorations, entertainment, toys, and DIY, will occupy nearly 900,000 m² of leasable space.
Warsaw's Siekierki district is one of the fastest-growing parts of the city. The dynamic development of residential developments is attracting new residents, and with them, the retail and service potential of this location is growing.
Plac Wiślany will address the needs of the local community, offering a wide selection of shops and services in one location. The center will house over 30 well-known brand stores, service outlets, and restaurants. Biedronka, among others, will open its newest grocery concept in nearly 1,300 m², and dm drugstore will occupy over 500 m². A similarly sized electronics store from the popular Media Expert chain will also be located.
The building is being constructed in an excellent location – at the intersection of Aleja Polski Walcząca and ul. Batalionu AK Bałtyk. Access to Plac Wiślany will be very convenient for customers. Drivers will have easy access via the two-lane Aleja Polski Walcząca, which connects to Siekierkowska Alley, and will benefit from convenient underground parking. Thousands of customers will be able to walk to Plac Wiślany in just a few minutes from their apartments located in the numerous housing estates surrounding the building – both existing and those under rapid development. For other customers, public transportation stops are located at the entrances to Plac Wiślany, and bicycle parking is planned.
The project will feature modern architecture, with ample natural light and wide, comfortable walkways, providing an attractive space for comfortable shopping and leisure activities. Moreover, Plac Wiślany will become a place that brings residents together and focuses on the district's cultural and social life – thanks to various planned events, artistic performances, and children's activities, among other things.
For young families with children, the developer has decided to create a park directly opposite the entrance to the building. This will be an additional attraction for residents of this part of Warsaw, allowing them to spend time outdoors and enjoy the abundance of greenery in such a densely built-up area.
Construction is underway, and the opening is scheduled for mid-2027.
Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept of Plac Wiślany and its leasing. The architectural design was prepared by the AT Group design studio.
The investor is APM Development, a company with long-standing relationships with the real estate and construction sectors. Since 2003, the company has been implementing projects throughout Warsaw, including numerous housing developments in Siekierki.
