During the upcoming SCF Spring 2026, Mallson Polska will present its extensive portfolio of projects, including both current investments and plans for the coming years. The company is intensifying its operations in medium-sized and smaller cities, focusing on modern, functional retail park projects.

3 openings in the next 3 months

In June, residents of Włoszczowa will be able to enjoy their first shopping experience in the first phase of Sekunda Retail Park – the largest retail development in the western part of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The 12,000 m² GLA will feature 25 stores, service outlets, and restaurants. Among the well-known and popular brands will be LIDL, New Yorker, TEDi, Martes Sport, Media Expert, Sinsay, CCC, Worldbox, Action, Pepco, KIK, and Rossmann. A parking lot with 415 spaces will be available for customers. The Sekunda Włoszczowa Retail Park will be located near the junction of the new city bypass on the DW 786 road, surrounded by nearby residential estates. The investor for the SEKUNDA projects is Quantum/Vanstar, owner of the Sekunda Shopping Center and Park in Jędrzejów and another retail project currently underway in Hajnówka.

The handover of premises at the Żyrardów Osada retail park has just been completed. Ultimately, it will be one of the largest new retail parks in Poland – the complex, being developed on an area of ​​approximately 10 hectares, will ultimately have a leasable area of ​​over 35,000 square meters. The project will include the region's only large-scale DIY store – Castorama, an Auchan grocery store, and a retail park with approximately 70 stores of all types, including well-known domestic and international retail chains, service providers, restaurants, medical facilities, and fitness centers. The fully leased first phase of Osada will see the opening of stores from brands such as New Yorker, Douglas, Martes Sport, Rossmann, Deichmann, RTV Euro AGD, Maxi Zoo, Pepco, Action, Tedi, Smyk, CCC, Worldbox, Sinsay, Apart, Hebe, and Big Star. The offer is complemented by a KFC drive-thru restaurant, which has already opened. Customers will have convenient, free parking for over 1,100 cars. The opening of the entire first phase of the retail park is scheduled for the end of April 2026, with the second phase scheduled for the turn of 2027/2028. The project is being developed by Mabrok, an experienced investor and developer specializing in retail parks and commercial projects across Poland, with plans to develop additional retail parks under the Osada Park umbrella.

A third opening is planned in the coming weeks in Kosakowo near Gdynia. Another modern retail and service project under the Era Park brand is nearing completion. The project boasts an excellent location on the Gdynia-Rewa route, directly next to an existing LIDL supermarket and a planned chain drive-thru restaurant. This convenient shopping center with direct entrances will offer 20 retail and service outlets offering a comprehensive range of popular chain brands, including Media Expert, TEDi, Maxi Zoo, Sinsay, CCC, Worldbox, and Rossmann. Smaller retail and food outlets are also planned. Convenient parking with approximately 170 spaces is provided for customers. The project investor is the Era Park Group, which recently finalized the purchase of the Ferio Wawer shopping center in Warsaw. The group also specializes in investing in retail parks, as exemplified by the existing Era Park Handlowy facilities in Iława, Wieluń, Radomsko, and Rembertów, Warsaw. Construction of a modern retail facility in Warsaw's Siekierki district – Plac Wiślany – has begun

The facility is being built in a prime location – at the intersection of Aleja Polski Walcząca and Batalionu AK Bałtyk Streets. In addition to a grocery store, Plac Wiślany will also offer over 30 stores of well-known chain brands, as well as service and food outlets. The opening is scheduled for mid-2027. The investor is APM Development, a company with long-standing relationships in the real estate and construction sectors. Since 2003, the company has been implementing projects throughout Warsaw – including numerous housing developments in Siekierki.
