Construction of a new retail park in Dzierżoniów is entering its final phase. The scale of the project and the pace of work confirm that it will be one of the most significant retail park debuts in this part of Lower Silesia. Redkom Development, a company consistently building a portfolio of properties with a supra-local reach, is responsible for the investment.

The project is being developed on Batalionów Chłopskich Street, directly adjacent to Rondo Silesiana. Nearly 17,000 sq m of GLA and approximately 30 retail and service units create a format that is truly changing the balance of power in the local retail market.

Attractive Tenant Mix

One of the anchor tenants will be Lidl – one of Poland's favorite grocery concepts and one of the strongest traffic generators in the retail park segment. The store, spanning over 2,000 sq m, will give the project a stable, everyday character and ensure regular footfall, crucial for other brands.

A clear distinguishing feature of the investment is the exceptionally strong presence of the fashion segment. The facility will house a broad portfolio of brands, including CCC, HalfPrice, Worldbox, e-obuwie, Reserved, Cropp, House, Pepco, Sinsay, Big Star, New Yorker, Ochnik, and Diverse. This tenant mix sets a new benchmark, building a complete, mature retail offering with a distinctly regional reach. The offering is complemented by strong brands from other categories – Rossmann, Dr Materac, Martes Sport, RTV Euro AGD, and Douglas.

Convenient Location

The location on one of the city's main transportation axes, part of the DW384 provincial road connecting Dzierżoniów with Bielawa, provides the project with excellent visibility and easy access for customers from the entire metropolitan area.

The commercialization rate is already nearly 90%, confirming the high market interest. The facility is scheduled to open in May 2026.
