Redkom Development continues its dynamic growth in the retail park market in Poland. In Dzierżoniów, the company is developing one of the largest retail parks in the region – a modern facility with a total area of ​​approximately 17,000 sq m (1,600 sq ft), which will significantly enhance the retail offerings in southern Lower Silesia.

The development is being built on Batalionów Chłopskich Street, adjacent to Rondo Silesiana and the DW384 provincial road connecting Dzierżoniów with Bielawa. Its location along the city's main thoroughfare will provide the facility with excellent visibility and easy access for customers from across the district.

The new retail park will house approximately 30 retail and service units, including a Lidl Polska store, which will occupy over 2,000 sq m (2,000 sq ft). Confirmed brands include: CCC, HalfPrice, e-obuwie, Worldbox, Reserved, Cropp, House, Pepco, Sinsay, Big Star, Diverse, New Yorker, Rossmann, Ochnik, Dr Materac, Martes Sport, and RTV Euro AGD.

The commercialization process for the facility, which has already exceeded 85%, is being led by Mallson Polska – a company with extensive experience in the retail sector, responsible for brand selection and building a balanced tenant mix. The retail park project in Dzierżoniów is characterized by modern architecture and a clear circulation system with direct access to stores from the parking lot.
