Redkom Development has opened the Przystanek Karkonosze retail park!
Redkom Development has announced the official opening of another facility in its portfolio – Przystanek Karkonosze – a modern retail park with 15,400 sq m of GLA, located in Miłków, on the outskirts of Karpacz. The facility is located at the main entrance to the Karkonosze Mountains – one of the most popular and beautiful tourist regions in Poland.
Construction of the retail park began less than a year ago, and thanks to the enormous commitment of the entire Redkom team and its investment partners, the project was completed and the facility opened in 10 months.
Przystanek Karkonosze is Redkom's fourth retail park in Poland. Previously, the company successfully completed Glinianka Park (BIG Łubna), Ozimska Park (Comfy Park in Opole), and Comfy Park Bielik in Bielsko-Biała. In total, Redkom has delivered over 60,000 m² of modern retail space to the Polish market over the past few years, strengthening its position as one of the dynamically growing developers in the retail park sector.
Przystanek Karkonosze's tenants include renowned brands that guarantee an attractive and diverse shopping experience, including Lidl, Half Price, 4F, Martes Sport, Wojas, Sinsay, Ochnik, CCC, Rossmann, Pepco, Worldbox, Diverse, Action, New Yorker, Media Expert, TEDi, Berlin Doner Kebap, So! Coffee Park, KiK, Apart, Douglas, and others.
Thanks to its carefully selected tenant base, Przystanek Karkonosze provides customers with a comprehensive offering – from everyday shopping, through fashion and electronics, to sporting goods, cosmetics, and jewelry.
The success of the investment is the result of the synergy and experience of the renowned partners in this project. A key role in this process was played by: Mallson – collaborating on the commercialization of the facility, Trasko Invest – a proven general contractor with an extensive investment portfolio, Gleeds – experts in technical and cost consulting, and Artside Architekci – authors of this unique architectural concept, combining functionality, modern aesthetics with elements taken from the landscape of the Karkonosze Mountains and the Śnieżka Mountain towering over the retail park.
