Redkom Development is implementing the Silesiana retail park project in Dzierżoniów. The commercialization strategy involves creating a comprehensive shopping space combining leading brands and services in one location, an integral part of which will be a popular grocery chain. Nearly 30 retail and service units will be built on approximately 19,000 square meters of retail space.

Dzierżoniów, as a city, has a significant catchment area, serving as a shopping destination for smaller but extremely numerous surrounding towns. As a modern and large retail park with an exceptionally attractive offering, Silesiana will undoubtedly meet the needs of the market and residents.

Nearly 30 retail and service units will be built on approximately 19,000 square meters of retail space. Parking for approximately 500 cars and electric vehicle charging stations will be located adjacent to the facility.

Redkom Development announces the opening of Silesiana in Dzierżoniów in 2026. Pre-construction cleanup is currently underway, the area has been cleared, and preparations for the ground leveling are underway.

The large retail space in the new facility offers real opportunities for creating an exceptionally attractive tenant mix and introducing both international chains and local brands. Sector diversification and a diverse and wide range of products will contribute to creating a shopping experience for every customer.

Redkom Development is collaborating with Mallson Polska to lease retail space in the Dzierżoniów facility.

The design of Silesiana Retail Park is being prepared by Alfa Design Studio.
