The largest retail park in the city and region – ERA PARK – is about to get even bigger!

Era Park Handlowy Iława was the first retail park in the region. Currently, over 7,000 square meters of space offers customers a wide range of retail and service outlets from dozens of popular brands, including Sinsay, Cropp, House, Deichmann, Pepco, Action, Rossmann, Martes Sport, Neonet, and Kodano, along with an Aldi grocery store.

Expansion is underway, with TEDi and Worldbox opening their first stores in the city. Both brands are scheduled to open in the last week of August 2025.

Era Park Handlowy Iława is located in a prime location – at the intersection of Aleja Jana Pawła II (provincial road no. 536) and Ziemowita Street, next to an Orlen gas station and surrounded by rapidly developing residential development, guaranteeing high customer traffic. Public transport stops and a train station are located nearby. Additionally, a KFC drive-thru restaurant operates nearby.

The Era Park Handlowy chain also includes properties in Wieluń, Warsaw's Rembertów district, and Radomsko. In addition to the ongoing expansion of the Iława facility, construction recently began on another project in Kosakowo near Gdynia, with an area of over 6,000 square meters. This project will house approximately 20 retail and service outlets offering a comprehensive range of popular chain brands, including fashion, sportswear, drugstores, footwear, pet supplies, and multimedia, as well as smaller service and food service outlets. Convenient parking with approximately 170 spaces is provided for customers. The planned opening of the entire center is scheduled for March 26, 2026.
