Intensive construction work is underway on the largest retail park in the western part of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship – Sekunda in Włoszczowa. The process is progressing smoothly, without disruptions, and on schedule. The retail park is scheduled to open in the first half of 2026. Daldehog is the general contractor for the project.

A modern retail and service space will be created on 12,000 sq m of GLA, meeting the growing needs of today's consumers. The retail park will offer approximately 25 stores from popular brands in the fashion, footwear, drugstores, electronics, home furnishings, services, restaurants, and more.

The project will feature many well-known brands, including the popular grocery store Lidl, TEDi, Martes Sport, Media Expert, Sinsay, Rossmann, and Verona. Recently, CCC Group brands Worldbox and CCC have joined the ranks of these stores, recognizing the location's potential. A parking lot with 415 spaces will be available to customers.

The Sekunda Włoszczowa Retail Park will be located on Wiśniowa Street, near the junction of the new city bypass along the DW 786 road, surrounded by nearby residential estates. Additional multi-family buildings, Wiśniowa Park and Apartamenty Włoszczowa, are currently under construction.

"Currently, the commercialization process has exceeded 90%. We are in very advanced talks with additional potential companies interested in participating in the project. We are confident that the range of stores across various industries, which we are constantly developing, consisting of a variety of retail brands, will become a popular and frequently visited shopping destination in the region," says Ewa Ściubidło, Vice President of the Management Board of Mallson Polska, the company responsible for the commercialization of the project.

The investor for the SEKUNDA projects is Quantum/Vanstar – an entity with a background in the automotive industry, which has successfully developed residential and commercial properties. Quantum/Vanstar is an experienced investor and owner of modern retail, service, and office buildings with a total area of nearly 55,000 m². These include the already operational Sekunda Shopping Center in Jędrzejów, which will soon be expanded with a new Retail Park featuring additional outlets from well-known brands.

Quantum/Vanstar's immediate plans also include the construction of a network of modern shopping centers in additional district towns, with a total area of approximately 30,000 m². The investor's dynamic growth and strategic project locations make SEKUNDA an attractive location on the regional shopping map.
