Osada Żyrardów - one of the largest new retail parks in Poland under construction and with new, well-known tenants!
Construction is underway on one of the largest new retail parks in Poland. The first phase of the Osada Retail Park will open in Żyrardów, Masovia, by the end of the year. The complex will ultimately have a leasable area of over 35,000 m². Tenants recently added Martes Sport, Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD, Woolworth, and Maxi ZOO.
The OSADA Retail Park is being built on a site of approximately 10 hectares. The project will include the region's only large-scale DIY store – Castorama, an Auchan grocery store, and a retail park with nearly 70 stores across all sectors, including well-known domestic and international retail chains, as well as service, food, medical, and fitness facilities. A KFC drive-thru restaurant will also complement the offerings. Customers will have convenient, free parking for over 800 cars.
The excellent location near Mickiewicza, Kasprowicza, and Mazowiecka streets will ensure high customer flow. In the immediate vicinity, you'll also find a Mrówka DIY store, a Biedronka grocery store, and a McDonald's restaurant. This part of the city is often referred to by locals as Osada Młyńska (Mill Settlement), hence the project's name.
The first phase of the retail park will open later this year, and the entire project is expected to be operational in 2026.
The investor is Mabrok K. Kuran, a company with extensive experience in retail park development. The project is managed by ZRB Marcin Szymański. The complex was designed by Apa-Via i Partnerzy, and Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and leasing.
