Mallson Polska is among the exhibitors at SCF 2025 Spring. The spring fair, which will take place on April 8-9 this year, will be attended by a strong representation of the company, led by Maciej Mazur, Ewa Ściubidło and Maciej Celmer.

The spring edition of the fair will take place on April 8-9 at the Legia Warsaw stadium.

Mallson Polska is a consulting company offering professional services at every stage of the development and operation of commercial real estate.

The company's activities include comprehensive consulting on the commercial real estate market, in particular the assessment of the potential and profitability of projects, commercialization of shopping centers and parks, as well as their sales service.

Mallson Polska has a total of 100 open and implemented projects of modern retail facilities with a total area of ​​over 900 thousand square meters in its portfolio, and is currently in the process of commercialization and recommercialization of several dozen shopping centers and parks throughout the country.

Among the projects in which Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and the leasing process is, among others, Silesiana Retail Park. It will have nearly 20,000 square meters of GLA of modern retail space and will be built in the very center of Dzierżoniów. The facility at ul. Batalionów Chłopskich already has a new investor - Redkom and a valid building permit, and construction works will start in the coming weeks.

The investment will offer around 30 stores and service points of well-known chain brands, including from the fashion, drugstore, footwear, sports, RTV-AGD, interior design and entertainment industries, as well as a popular grocery discount store. The project will open to customers in mid-2026.

Another project in the Mallson Polska portfolio is Kosakowo Era Park Handlowy. It will have an area of ​​over 6,000 sq m and will accommodate around 20 retail and service premises with a comprehensive offer of popular chain brands. Construction is already underway and the opening of the facility to customers is planned for the turn of 2025/2026.

The facility in Kosakowo will be the fifth shopping center belonging to the Era Park Handlowy chain, in addition to operating facilities in Warsaw's Rembertów, Wieluń, Radomsko and the one currently being expanded in Iława.

The commercialization process of the project in Wałbrzych is advanced, where a transfer center will be built in the very center of the city. 10,000 m2 of retail space will be supplied by thousands of passengers of the Wałbrzych Centrum station, the only bus station in the city, but also the neighboring McDonald's restaurant and Lidl supermarket.

The commercialization of the largest retail project in Wejherowo has reached the halfway point. In the very center of the city, at the turn of 2026/2027, one of the most beautiful facilities in Poland will open. The Wejherowo Centrum retail park located in the conservation zone, at the city's old market square, will be characterized by unique architecture and will offer nearly 50 stores and points of the best brands.

Two new retail parks are also being built under the Sekunda brand: the retail park in Włoszczowa is already under construction. The largest facility in the region outside the Lidl supermarket will offer about 20 well-known retail chains. In Jędrzejów, on the other hand, the second phase of the already operating shopping center is being built. The approximately 30 stores (including Lidl, CCC, Sinsay, Media Expert, Martes Sport, Pepco, Empik, Smyk) will gain nearly 10,000 m2 of additional space and other well-known brands previously absent from the city.

The commercialization of Redkom's retail parks is also in its final stage - the largest retail park in the Karkonosze Mountains, Przystanek Karkonosze (approx. 16,000 m2 GLA and over 30 stores) and the Świderek retail park in Otwock (24,000 m2 GLA and over 40 stores).

In addition, during the SCF, Mallson will present several premieres at its stand - new large projects in other cities.
