One of the largest Biedronka stores in the country will be opened in Nowa Sukcesja. The grocery super market will occupy almost 1,800 m2 of leasable space and will therefore be the largest store of this chain in the entire voivodeship.

Work is already underway to remodel the facility, which was closed a few years ago. There will be approximately 100 shops and service points on two commercial levels, where space will be created for service, commercial and catering activities, with a spacious food court and renovated interiors of common areas equipped with a large number of greenery, wood, glazing and modern technical solutions.

Nowa Sukcesja is a project that will stand out not only in Poland but also in Europe. It will respond to the current changing needs of customers - the leisure, entertainment and gastronomic components become crucial for the mall to attract customers and thus ensure high turnover for retail tenants. On an area of over 30,000 sq m. there will be unique attractions for families with children, teenagers and students. Attractions will be very affordable, which will additionally attract entire families not only from Łódź but from the entire region. The unique family entertainment will be complemented by a 9-screen Helios cinema, a modernized 26-lane bowling alley and a modern fitness club.

The facility is located in an excellent location - in the very center of the city, close to the Expo hall, the Lodz University of Technology and the academic estate. Moreover, many new housing estates have been built in the vicinity of Nowa Sukcesja and new, intensive housing development is still being built. Customers will have at their disposal a comfortable, covered parking lot with 1,200 spaces.

The opening of Nowa Sukcesja is planned for the fourth quarter of 2024. The investor is Amush Investment Group. Mallson and Anna Piotrowska on behalf of the owner are responsible for the commercial concept and commercialization.
