Opole: Ozimska Park close to opening!

 

In Opole, a modern retail park is being reconstructed - implemented in the place of the former project of a shopping center with a Tesco hypermarket. Construction works are carried out in accordance with the investment schedule. The premises will be handed over to the first tenants soon. The facility is scheduled to open in November 2023.

On an area of nearly 19,000 sq m dozens of shops of popular brands will be opened, including: Sinsay, Woolworth, Media Expert, TEDi, Rossmann, Sphinx, Popolo Pizza&Pasta and Vive Profit. A hypermarket in the latest concept will be opened by Kaufland. Its only store in the city on the area of 2.5 thousand sqm will launch the Jula multimarket chain. The facility's offer will also be enriched with i.a. optical and jewelery shops, a restaurant section, a newsagent's shop, a bakery and a nationwide chain of fitness clubs - Xtreme.

- We are in the process of finalizing contracts with other well-known chains of several industries, and the last vacant premises are available for lease - says Ewa Ściubidło - vice president at Mallson, which commercializes the entire investment.

The facility is located in the city center on the longest street in the city, surrounded by numerous residential buildings, close to offices, court, schools, kindergartens and the railway station. In its vicinity there is a Lidl market and a McDonald's restaurant. In addition, Ozimska Park is integrated with a common large car park with the Meble Agata and the Aldi supermarket.

The developer and investor is Redkom Development. Mallson Polska is responsible for the lease of the retail space. Supervision over the commercialization and management of the facility is carried out by Scallier.
