Mallson Polska introduced a drugstore chain - Rossmann to the largest retail park in Ilawa. The store will occupy an area of ​​nearly 460 sq.m. complementing the wide offer of the facility.

Era Park Iława will be located at the intersection of Aleja Jana Pawła II (provincial road No. 536) and ul. Ziemowita, next to the Orlen gas station and surrounded by intensively developing residential buildings.

On the area of ​​over 7 thousand sq.m. a dozen or so stores of popular brands will open in the facility. The international grocery chain ALDI will start operating in the largest retail park in the city. It will be the only discount store of this chain in the city. In addition, the group of tenants of Era Park will include well-known brands, including: fashion - Sinsay, Cropp, House, sports - Martes Sport and footwear - Deichmann. Convenient parking for customers is planned for about 230 places.

Construction is progressing as planned and the opening of the project is planned for the first quarter of 2023. Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and lease.

The facility in Iława will be the fourth shopping center of the Era Park Handlowy chain - next to those already operating in Radomsko, Wieluń and Rembertów in Warsaw.
