Three brands of the Polish clothing leader LPP - Sinsay, Cropp and House have joined the group of tenants of the Maxim Shopping Center in Legionowo. The total lease area of ​​these stores will be nearly 1.7 thousand sq m. The opening of the facility will take place this fall.

After the expansion, Maxim will be the largest modern shopping center in Legionowo, near Warsaw. In the entire project covering over 10,000 sq m of leasable area, there will be approx. 35 stores of well-known chain and local brands, a varied fashion and gastronomic offer, a fitness club, a cafe and service points. The Biedronka chain will remain the supermarket, which, after remodeling the current store, will open its market in the latest concept. Approximately 250 parking spaces will be available to customers.

The comprehensive offer and location of Maxim - in the center of the city, next to the city's largest marketplace and surrounded by housing estates - will ensure a high number of visitors to the project by the inhabitants of the city and the entire poviat - numbering approx. 115 thousand people.

Advanced construction works are currently underway on the building site and the opening is planned for the fourth quarter of this year.
