Mallson Polska has acquired another chain tenant for the MultiBox Retail Park in Tczew - the international Dealz chain, which is part of the Pepco Group. This is the brand's debut in the city. The store will occupy 410 sq m lease area.

The MultiBox Retail Park in Tczew has been operating since May 2016. Located on the main communication artery of the city - Aleja Solidarności - it shares a car park for over 400 cars with a Kaufland store.

The leasable area of ​​the facility is over 4 thousand sq m. The tenants of MultiBox Tczew include chain stores of brands such as: Jysk, Martes Sport, Rossmann, KiK and Pepco, as well as the Media Expert store, which will open in the coming days.

The first Dealz store was opened in Poland in February 2018 in Swarzędz near Poznań. It offers products of famous brands at very favorable prices. A wide range of over 3,000 branded products provides a unique selection of food, drugstore, home decoration and furnishings, toys, tools and products for animals.

Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and MultiBox Tczew rental. The owner of the facility is Zakład Budowlano-Remontowy BUDREM based in Ostrów Wielkopolski.
