Nowy Targ - McDonald’s will open one of the largest restaurants in Podhale in the food court of Color Park!

The new McDonald’s restaurant together with the McCafé café zone will be built in the largest in the Podhale region, the Color Park regional shopping and entertainment center in Nowy Targ. The premises will occupy an area of approx. 270 m2. It will be part of a 10-premises food court located in the heart of the gallery and connected to the entertainment and cinema area.

Project financing is provided by the Harvent capital group specializing in commercial and residential investments - founded, among others by Artur Kawa (creator of Emperia and the Stokrotka food chain).

Over 30% the gallery's construction works have already been carried out during the first stage of construction. In mid-September, work related to the implementation of the remaining part of the investment begins. The opening is planned for the second half of 2020.

The facility is being built directly at the newly built roundabout at Zakopianka. The excellent location along with the wide range of the Center will guarantee a very high number of clients from both Nowy Targ, Slovakia and Zakopane, which is only 14 km away, strengthening the position of Nowy Targ as the commercial capital of Podhale.

Investment supervision is carried out by Mayland Real Estate, while Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and lease.

In the facility with an area of approximately 28,000 m2 GLA, there will be over 80 shops of Polish and foreign brands. The commercialization of the facility already at this stage of implementation reached over 90 percent of lease area.

The main tenants of the facility will include the most important fashion brands - Reserved, H&M, Deichmann, Sinsay, Mohito, Cropp, House, Diverse and many others. In addition, their large shops in the latest concepts will open, among others networks such as Martes Sport, Media Expert, Pepco, Rossmann, Smyk and Empik. Multikino will open the only multiplex in the region (after the takeover of the Cinema3D network by a company of the Vue International Group). The entertainment part will also be diversified by a unique, interactive playground for children and teenagers with an area of over 1,000 sq. m. The rich gastronomic offer has also been adapted to the region's high potential - there will be 10 café and restaurant outlets in Color Park. In addition, the Gallery's offer will be complemented by over a dozen service outlets and stands for local buyers. Contracts for the last vacant premises are currently being finalized.
