On November 14, 2018, a new retail park will open in Biłgoraj. The modern and functional complex is one of the largest shopping facilities in the city. Metropolitan Investment S.A. is responsible for the investment.

Over 1 967 m² of usable area has the latest commercial investment completed in Biłgoraj, which will soon be open to residents of the city and visitors. Metro Park Biłgoraj was established in a place well communicated with the rest of the city, close to the main communication routes. The property is adjacent to the Kaufland grocery operator, thanks to which it will be a shopping center for the city's residents. Tenants of Metro Park Biłgoraj include well-known and popular brands, including: Deichmann, KiK, Hebe, Gatta, Diverse, 4F and 50 styles. Clients will also be provided with a convenient and spacious car park. Metropolitan Investment team and MALLSON Polska were responsible for the commercial concept and lease of space.

The official opening of Metro Park Biłgoraj will take place on November 14 at 9:00 am on the premises at al. Jana Pawła II 51 in Biłgoraj. As part of the all-day event, many surprises were planned for visitors, including among others attractive discounts and contests as well as games for children.

Metro Park Biłgoraj is another project implemented by Metropolitan Investment as part of the development of the Metro brand. The company is more and more focused on expanding the network of retail parks creating a strong and recognizable brand of objects in Poland. Metro Parks are already functioning, among others in Wisła or Biała Podlaska, and from November 14 also in Biłgoraj.
