One of the largest gastronomic chains in the world joined the group of Quick Park tenants. The restaurant will occupy an area of ​​220 m². Quick Park Olkusz will be the first modern shopping center with a multiplex cinema in the city. The opening of Quick Park in Olkusz is planned for the second half of 2020.

Quick Park Olkusz will be located directly at the national road No. 94, the main communication artery of the city, near the old town and the municipal marketplace.

The retail space of Quick Park Olkusz will amount to approx. 14,000 sqm. There will be over 55 network premises for tenants in the facility, among others food operator Spar, multiplex cinema network OHKino, Reserved, House, Cropp, Sinsay, Martes Sport, Diverse, Pepco, Rossmann, CCC, Empik, Deichmann, Smyk, 4F, catering, service and other. 500 free parking spaces will be available to motorists.

The real estate developer is Real2B Development Sp. z o.o. which implements a network of regional hybrid shopping centers under the name Quick Park throughout the country. These facilities are created in smaller towns, below 100,000. residents. A characteristic feature of the location of the objects is the location directly at the main thoroughfare and at the largest housing estates. Currently, facilities have been implemented in Strzegom, Mysłowice and Oława.
