August 23rd, 2014  second Multibox Retail Park in Ostrów Wielkopolski was opened.

The property is leased in 100% and offers the following brands: RTV Euro AGD, Rossmann, CCC and Pepco. Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and rental of the property.

Multibox is located in the city center, at ul. Kolejowa 32 - in the vicinity of the railway and bus station, sharing a common parking for 300 cars with Kaufland, the opening of which took place in May this year. In the immediate vicinity there is also a Biedronka. The plan is to build a Sports Hall next to the Multibox project.

The investor of the Multibox retail parks is Budrem - a modern engineering and construction company from Ostrow Wielkopolski.

It is another Budrem’s investment inthis city. Previously, company realized the largest in Kalisz- Ostrów’s aglomeration Shopping Centre - Gallery Ostrovia and adjacent to it : Multibox Retail Park. All these objects were created in collaboration with Mallson Poland, which was also responsible for the commercial concept and renting the latest Multibox.
The Multibox network has already 6 buildings and  in the coming years it is planned to build 10 more  retail parks under this brand.
