The construction of the Prima Park in Marki has started!
On 20th June 2014 the construction of Prima Park Handlowy in Marki was officially launched. The first demolition works are behind us.
Prima Park will be a modern retail object, located at Al. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskigo 200 and directly communicated with the national road No. 8 on Białystok.
At over 5.000 m2 there will be about 8 shops including Piotr i Paweł supermarket, a drugstore and a large appliances store.
For the convenience of buyers there will be 180 parking places available. The Investor of the project is the company Kleba Invest.
The architectural design was prepared by ARCHEDIEM design office. Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept of the property and its commercialization.
Opening of the project is planned for the second half of 2014.
