Multibox in Ostrów Wielkopolski 100% leased!
August 23rd, 2014 will begin its operations already second Multibox Retail Park in Ostrów Wielkopolski.
The property is at the moment 100% leased and offers the following brands: RTV Euro AGD, Rossmann, CCC and Pepco. Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and rental of the property.
Multibox is located in the city center, at ul. Kolejowa 32 - in the vicinity of the railway and bus station, sharing a common parking for over 380 cars with Kaufland, the opening of which took place in May this year. In the immediate vicinity there is also a Biedronka. The plan is to build a Sports Hall next to the Multibox project.
The investor of the Multibox retail parks is Budrem - a modern engineering and construction company from Ostrow Wielkopolski, which in the coming years plans about 10 more Multibox retail parks.
