Żory is one of the last over 60 thousand Polish cities without a shopping gallery. The project of the only shopping and entertainment center in the city - Galeria Wiślanka - will be presented for the first time during the autumn edition of the Shopping Center Forum 2017 CEE at Mallson Polska stand 5.0.

This property will offer on the area of ​​15 thousand. sqm. GLA has about 60 stores, service points and restaurants of the most popular brands, as well as a large network of foodstuffs as well as the first multiplex cinema in the city.

The modern commercial complex is being built in a unique location: at the main intersection of the provincial road No. 935 (part of the city bypass to the A1 motorway) and the national road No. 81 (with heavy traffic leading from Katowice to the Beskidy), commonly known as "Wiślanka". The investment (according to the GFK survey: 554,000 people in the travel area up to 20 minutes) will provide customers from the entire region with quick access to the facility. The commercial attractiveness of the area will be enhanced by the nearby Auchan hypermarket, DYI Leroy Merlin, Decathlon and Mc Donald's.

Opening of the gallery is scheduled for the first half of 2019. The investor of the gallery project is the experienced investment company Blick Investment Group.

Architectural concept is being developed by MOFO Architects from Krakow (previous projects include Felicity Lublin, Focus Mall Bydgoszcz, Libero Katowice).

Mallson Poland is responsible for the commercial concept and rental of Galeria Wiślanka.
