Sinsay at Plac Wiślany in Warsaw!
The presence of brands with a diverse, complementary product range will allow residents of the numerous developments around Plac Wiślany to satisfy their everyday shopping needs. This concept is a key element of the adopted commercialization strategy. Sinsay, a chain belonging to the LPP Group, has joined the ranks of tenants at Plac Wiślany in Warsaw. Sinsay's entry into Plac Wiślany aligns with this trend, enriching the center's offerings with a range of products aimed at a broad customer base.
LPP is a Polish company, one of the most dynamically developing in the clothing industry in Central Europe. For 30 years, it has successfully designed and sold its collections and accessories in Poland and abroad. LPP manages five fashion brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, and Sinsay, which are currently available in-store and online in 43 markets worldwide.
Siekierki is currently one of the fastest-growing parts of Warsaw, inhabited largely by young families, where the rapid expansion of housing estates is driving growing demand for retail and services. Plac Wiślany is being built at the intersection of Aleja Polski Walcząca and Batalionu AK "Bałtyk" Streets, providing convenient access for both pedestrians and drivers.
Numerous residential developments are located in the immediate vicinity of the project, with more under construction. This will meet the needs of thousands of current and future residents, who will gain a local shopping and meeting center.
Plac Wiślany will offer over 30 stores and service outlets from well-known brands, along with restaurants. Biedronka will open its latest grocery store concept. There will also be stores from brands such as Action, Media Expert, Smyk, and the dm drugstore. Customers will be able to meet for coffee and relax at one of Warsaw's top coffee chains, Green Caffé Nero, which will open a 200-square-meter store within the complex.
The center will be distinguished by its modern architecture – with ample natural light, spacious passageways, and comfortable shopping space. A key element will also be its social function – Plac Wiślany is intended to integrate the local community through events, activities, and offerings tailored to various customer groups.
Access to the development will be exceptionally convenient. Drivers will benefit from underground parking and a convenient road network with quick access to the Siekierkowska Route. Public transportation stops and bicycle parking are planned at the entrances to the facility. An additional advantage will be a park located immediately adjacent to the entrance, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and spending time outdoors surrounded by greenery. Construction is already underway, and the project is scheduled to open in mid-2027.
The investor is APM Development, a company with long-standing relationships in the real estate and construction sectors. Since 2003, the company has been implementing projects throughout Warsaw, including numerous housing developments in Siekierki. The architectural design was prepared by the AT Group.
Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept of Plac Wiślany and the leasing of its space.
