Plac Wiślany in Warsaw's Siekierki district is consistently expanding its retail and service offerings. The well-known and respected brand Smyk, specializing in products for children and infants, has just joined the tenant list. The store will occupy over 400 square meters of leasable space.

Smyk's presence in Plac Wiślany is a response to the growing demand of the local community. The new store will offer a wide selection of children's clothing, toys, school supplies, and accessories for children. The brand's presence is consistent with the facility's concept, which aims to create a diverse and attractive offering complementing retail, service, and dining options.

Siekierki is currently one of the fastest-growing parts of Warsaw, inhabited largely by young families, where the rapid expansion of housing estates is driving growing retail and service needs. Plac Wiślany is being built at the intersection of Aleja Polski Walcząca and Batalionu AK "Bałtyk" Streets, providing convenient access for both pedestrians and drivers.

Numerous residential developments are located in the immediate vicinity of the project, and more are under construction. This means that the facility, already in the planning stages, meets the needs of thousands of current and future residents, who will gain a local shopping and meeting center.

Plac Wiślany will offer over 30 stores and service outlets from well-known brands, along with restaurants. A grocery store featuring the latest concept will open at Biedronka. There will also be stores from brands such as Action, Media Expert, and the dm drugstore. Customers will be able to meet for coffee and relax at one of Warsaw's top coffee chains, Green Caffé Nero, which will open a store over 200 square meters within the facility.

The center will be distinguished by its modern architecture, featuring ample natural light, spacious passageways, and a comfortable shopping area. A key element will also be its social function – Plac Wiślany is intended to bring the local community together through events, activities, and offerings tailored to diverse audiences.

Access to the development will be exceptionally convenient. Drivers will benefit from underground parking and a convenient road network with quick access to the Siekierkowska Route. Public transportation stops and bicycle parking are planned at the entrances to the facility.

An additional advantage will be the park located immediately adjacent to the entrance, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and spending time outdoors surrounded by greenery.

Construction is already underway, and the project is scheduled to open in mid-2027.

The investor is APM Development, a company with long-standing relationships in the real estate and construction sectors. Since 2003, the company has been implementing projects throughout Warsaw, including numerous residential developments in the Siekierki district. The architectural design was prepared by Grupa AT.
