Era Retail Park in Kosakowo has officially opened, offering residents of the municipality and the entire northern part of the Tri-City metropolitan area a convenient place for everyday shopping. The new retail park aligns with the town's dynamic development and the growing needs of the local community.

Excellent location and shopping convenience

Era Retail Park was built on the Gdynia-Rewa route, directly next to an existing Lidl supermarket, and adjacent to Aldi, Biedronka, an Orlen gas station, and a newly opened KFC drive-thru restaurant. Its location, surrounded by rapidly expanding housing estates, makes the facility a local shopping center, meeting the daily needs of residents of Kosakowo and the surrounding area. The shopping center was designed as a single-story building with direct entrances to the stores from the outside, significantly improving customer convenience. Parking for approximately 170 cars is available for drivers.

Era Retail Park in Kosakowo is the fifth facility operating under this brand in Poland. The project investor is the Era Park Group, which specializes in retail investments. The brand already owns retail parks in, among others, the following locations: in Warsaw-Rembertów, Wieluń, Radomsko, and Iława, and owns the Ferio Wawer Shopping Center in Warsaw, demonstrating its consistent growth in cities and municipalities with high development potential.
