In just a few months, residents of Włoszczowa and the surrounding area will be able to enjoy a modern retail and service space that is expected to become one of the key shopping destinations in the western part of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. Sekunda Retail Park – the largest retail investment in the region in recent years – is nearing completion, with its opening planned for May 2026. 98% of the space has already been leased, with only the last unit remaining.

Continuously expanding its offerings, Sekunda Retail Park in Włoszczowa will offer customers a modern retail and service space on opening day, housing approximately 25 stores featuring popular brands across a wide range of categories – from fashion and footwear, through drugstores, electronics, home furnishings, services, entertainment, and food service. Major tenants include Lidl, Sinsay, Martes Sport, Pepco, KiK, CCC, Tedi, Action, and Media Expert. Worldbox and Rossmann. Recently, the international brand New Yorker joined the tenant list, preparing its first store in the region, with an area of ​​nearly 1,300 m². Customers will have access to a spacious parking lot with 400 spaces, making shopping easier even during peak hours.

"This is an investment the local community has been waiting for for years. The combination of well-known brands and a convenient location will make Sekunda Retail Park a natural and favorite shopping destination for residents of Włoszczowa and the surrounding communities. We are currently in intensive talks with companies interested in leasing space in the last remaining units," says Ewa Ściubidło, Vice President of the Management Board of Mallson Polska, the company responsible for the commercialization of the project.

The facility, with a total leasable area of ​​approximately 12,000 m², is being built on Wiśniowa Street, near the junction of the new city bypass (DW 786 road), surrounded by rapidly developing residential developments, including Wiśniowa Park and Włoszczowa Apartments.

The general contractor for the project is Daldehog, and its opening is planned for the second half of May 2026.

The investment creates new jobs – both during construction and after the facility's opening – and attracts consumers from a wide area, increasing the attractiveness of Włoszczowa as a service and retail center," says Jarosław tutaj, Commercialization Director at Vanstar.

The investor for the Sekunda projects is Quantum/Vanstar – an entity with a background in the automotive industry, which has successfully developed residential and commercial properties. Quantum/Vanstar is an experienced investor and owner of modern retail, service, and office buildings with a total area of ​​nearly 55,000 m². These include, among others, a shopping mall. The already operational Sekunda Shopping Center in Jędrzejów will soon be expanded with a new Retail Park, featuring additional outlets from well-known brands. Quantum/Vanstar's immediate plans also include the construction of a network of modern shopping centers in additional district towns, with a total area of ​​approximately 30,000 m².

Mallson Polska is responsible for the overall commercial concept of all Sekunda projects, including the retail leasing strategy.
