New Yorker a tenant of Włoszczowa Sekunda Retail Park!
The Sekunda Retail Park in Włoszczowa is expanding its fashion offerings. The leading international brand, New Yorker, is joining the attractive shopping offerings of the largest retail facility in the western part of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. This brand's only store in the region will showcase its fashion, footwear, and accessories offerings in a leasable area of nearly 1,300 m².
The Sekunda Włoszczowa Retail Park, with its 12,000 m² GLA, will offer modern retail and service space that will meet the growing needs of today's consumers. The project will feature approximately 25 stores featuring popular brands in fashion, footwear, drugstores, electronics, home furnishings, services, restaurants, and more. Current tenants include the popular grocery store Lidl, TEDi, Martes Sport, Media Expert, Sinsay, CCC, Worldbox, Rossmann, Pepco, and Verona. Customers will have convenient parking with over 400 spaces.
"A well-known and respected brand has joined our facility's tenant base, which is a significant step in the commercialization process, which has already reached 95%. We are currently in intensive talks with additional companies interested in leasing space. We are confident that the rich and diverse range of stores, which we are consistently expanding, will make the facility one of the region's favorite shopping destinations," says Ewa Ściubidło, Vice President of the Management Board of Mallson Polska, the company responsible for the project's commercialization.
Sekunda Włoszczowa Retail Park will be located on Wiśniowa Street, near the junction of the new city bypass along the DW 786 road, surrounded by nearby housing estates and the Wiśniowa Park and Włoszczowa Apartments multifamily buildings currently under construction.
Intensive construction work is currently underway. The retail park is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2026. Daldehog is the general contractor for the project.
The investor for SEKUNDA projects is Quantum/Vanstar—an entity with a background in the automotive industry and a successful development business in the residential and commercial sectors. Quantum/Vanstar is an experienced investor and owner of modern retail, service, and office buildings with a total area of nearly 55,000 m². These include the already operating Sekunda Shopping Center in Jędrzejów, which will soon be expanded with a new Retail Park featuring additional outlets from well-known brands. Quantum/Vanstar's immediate plans also include the construction of a network of modern shopping centers in additional district towns, with a total area of approximately 30,000 m².
Mallson Polska is responsible for the overall commercial concept of all SEKUNDA projects, including the retail leasing strategy.
