The seaside town of Darłowo will gain modern retail and service space. SIGMA Retail Park will meet the needs of both residents and hundreds of thousands of tourists.

The project's advantage is its location – it will be the only retail park in Darłowo, located at one of the city's main roundabouts and the main entrance to the city, directly off National Road No. 37. Darłowo and the surrounding area are visited by over half a million tourists annually, and to date, the city lacks any modern retail space, making this location exceptionally attractive for shopping.

Sigma Retail Park will offer 12,000 square meters of leasable space, where nearly 20 carefully selected tenants will showcase their offerings, creating an attractive and comprehensive shopping experience.

The grocery store will be run by a popular grocery operator, and stores will be opened by recognizable Polish and international brands from various industries: fashion, sportswear, drugstores, footwear, household appliances, and fitness. An undisputed advantage of the project is the presence of the only drive-thru restaurant in the region, owned by a global food service giant.

Several hundred convenient parking spaces are provided for customers traveling by car.

The facility is scheduled to open at the turn of 2026/2027.

The investor is a special purpose vehicle, whose main shareholder is Jerzy Olszewski, who owns existing and planned retail properties in northern Poland with a total leasable area of ​​approximately 50,000 m².

Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and leasing. The Sigma Park Darłowo project premiered at last week's SCF Fall trade fair.

Mallson presented this project at its stand alongside dozens of other currently commercialized retail projects with a total area of ​​over 300,000 m2 – including: Wrocław Mirków Retail Park, Wejherowo Centrum, CRK Jaworzyna in Krynica-Zdrój, Sekunda Park (Włoszczowa, Hajnówka, Jędrzejów), Osada Park (Żyrardów, Łask, Pułtusk), Wałbrzych Centrum, Świderek Otwock, Silesiana Dzierżoniów, Retalia Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Mozaika Krotoszyn.
