Łask with the largest retail park in the region!
The Osada retail park chain is expanding its presence in Poland. Its latest investment will be in Łask, where a modern retail and service complex will be built. The facility will offer a diverse range of shopping options, mostly featuring well-known chain brands previously absent from the city.
The project will be located in a prime location – at the intersection of Warszawska and Jodłowa Streets, right next to the main provincial road, DW 482 (Łódź – Pabianice), facilitating convenient and quick access to the facility. The proximity of other retail and service facilities along the city's main transport route will strengthen the investment's potential as a shopping destination.
Over 12,000 m² of new leasable space
The retail park will have over 12,000 m². Its offerings will include a well-known grocery operator, a DIY market, and over 20 stores of popular brands, including fashion, sportswear, drugstores, footwear, electronics/appliances, and home furnishings, as well as service and food outlets. Several hundred convenient parking spaces are planned for the center's customers.
The commercialization process is underway, and the opening is planned for 2027.
About the investor
The investor is Mabrok K. Kuran, a company with extensive experience in developing retail parks. This will be the company's next retail project, in addition to one of the largest new retail parks in Poland – Osada in Żyrardów, which is currently under construction. The complex will ultimately have over 35,000 m² of leasable area. The project will include the region's only large-scale DIY store – Castorama, an Auchan grocery store, and a retail park with approximately 70 stores across all sectors, including well-known domestic and international retail chains, service, food, medical, and fitness facilities. The recently opened KFC drive-thru restaurant will also complement the offerings.
Further retail parks under the Osada brand will be built in Pułtusk and Turek, among other locations. Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and leasing of space in Osada retail parks.
