Preparations have begun for a major retail project in Chełm. The former Tesco facility will undergo a thorough renovation, gaining a modern character and providing an attractive offering for residents of the city and the region. Completion of the work and the opening of the new Galeria Lwowska shopping center are planned for mid-2026.

The total leasable area of ​​this modern retail and service project, once completed, will be approximately 10,000 square meters, housing over 20 stores from well-known chains, including a popular grocery store.

The facility is located close to the city center, on the site of the former Tesco hypermarket, on provincial road 843 (Chełm-Zamość) and surrounded by numerous residential developments. This location has become ingrained in residents' minds as a retail and service center. Together with the Media Expert supermarket located directly next to the park and neighboring retail properties, such as a supermarket chain, it will become a major hub for retail and services. RTV Euro AGD and Carrefour will create an additional modern shopping space with stores from well-known chain brands – including those previously unavailable in the city. A convenient, free ground-level parking lot will be available for motorists.

The new Galeria Lwowska will not only be a shopping destination but also a space for meetings and leisure activities. The project features modern architecture, convenient transportation, and a wide range of retail and service offerings that meet current consumer needs. The investment represents a significant step in the development of Chełm's retail infrastructure and is also an attractive proposition for tenants seeking modern space in this dynamically developing city.
