Mallson Polska will present over 300,000 m2 of new GLA at SCF 2025 Fall
Mallson Polska, a company long known for its success in retail property consulting and leasing, will soon celebrate 18 years in business. During this period, it has commercialized a portfolio of nearly 100 properties with a total area of over 1 million m². Today, it is intensifying its operations in mid-sized cities and focusing on modern, functional retail park projects combining retail, service, and transportation functions. At the Shopping Center Forum 2025 in the fall, the company will present details of its latest projects.
Upcoming openings
Intensive construction work is underway on the largest retail park in the western part of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship – Sekunda in Włoszczowa. The retail park is scheduled to open in the first half of 2026. A modern retail and service space will be created on 12,000 m² of GLA, meeting the growing needs of today's consumers. The retail park will offer approximately 25 stores featuring popular brands from the fashion, footwear, drugstores, electronics, home furnishings, services, restaurants, and more. Major tenants include the popular grocery store Lidl, TEDi, Martes Sport, Media Expert, Sinsay, CCC, Worldbox, Pepco, Rossmann, and Verona. Customers will have access to 415 parking spaces. Sekunda Włoszczowa Retail Park will be located near the junction of the new city bypass along the DW 786 road, surrounded by nearby residential estates. The investor for SEKUNDA projects is Quantum/Vanstar, an entity with a background in the automotive industry and a successful development business in the residential and commercial sectors. It owns the Sekunda Shopping Center in Jędrzejów, which will soon be expanded with a new retail park, and is currently developing another retail project in Hajnówka with an area of 1,000 square meters. 7,500 sq m of GLA under the Sekunda brand.
Osada Żyrardów, one of the largest new retail parks in Poland, is already halfway through construction. It is being built on a site of approximately 10 hectares, and the complex will ultimately have a leasable area of over 35,000 sq m. The project will include the region's only large-scale DIY store – Castorama, an Auchan grocery store, and a retail park with approximately 70 stores across all sectors, including the most renowned domestic and international retail chains, as well as service, catering, medical, and fitness facilities. Stores such as New Yorker, Martes Sport, Rossmann, Deichmann, RTV Euro AGD, Woolworth, Maxi Zoo, Pepco, TEDi, Smyk, and Big Star will open their stores in the project. A KFC drive-thru restaurant will also be available. Customers will have convenient, free parking for over 1,100 cars. The excellent location near Mickiewicza, Kasprowicza, and Mazowiecka streets will ensure a high level of customer flow. The first phase of the retail park will open this fall, with the entire project expected to be operational by 2026.
Mińsk Mazowiecki with a remodeled Shopping Center
The largest retail project in the region – Galeria Partner, located at the entrance to Mińsk Mazowiecki at the intersection of National Road 50 (Ostrów Mazowiecka – Grójec) and Route 92, and at the exit from the A2 motorway (Warsaw – Terespol) – will soon be unveiled in a new look. Mallson has revitalized and recommercialized this project, resulting in 11,000 square meters of leasable space offering customers brands such as Half Price, Worldbox, CCC, Douglas, Martes Sport, Media Expert, Jysk, Smyk, Empik, Rossmann, Sinsay, Wrangler, and Yes. The project's offerings also include a Carrefour hypermarket, a Castorama DIY store, and a McDonald's restaurant. The new stores, featuring the latest concepts, will welcome customers at the turn of September and October. The investor is PHU Partner, a construction and development company.
Era Retail Park expands
A modern retail and service project is underway in Kosakowo, near Gdynia. The project boasts an excellent location on the Gdynia-Rewa route, directly next to an existing Lidl supermarket and a planned chain drive-thru restaurant. Construction of the facility, with 20 retail and service units offering a comprehensive range of popular chain brands, including Media Expert, Maxi Zoo, Sinsay, CCC, Worldbx, and Rossmann, is nearing completion. Smaller retail and food service units are also planned. Convenient parking with approximately 170 spaces is provided for customers. The facility is scheduled to open to the public in the first quarter of 2026.
Another retail park, ERA – the largest retail facility in Iława and the entire region – has been expanded with additional leasable space for two tenants: TEDi and Worldbox, complementing the existing offerings of brands such as, among others, Media Expert, Maxi Zoo, Sinsay, CCC, Worldbox, and Rossmann. Aldi, Sinsay, Cropp, House, Deichmann, Action, Pepco, Martes Sport, Neonet, and Rossmann.
Construction of Plac Wiślany begins
Construction of a modern retail facility in Warsaw's Siekierki district – Plac Wiślany – is about to begin. The facility is being built in a prime location – at the intersection of Aleja Polski Walcząca and Batalionu AK Bałtyk Streets. In addition to a grocery store, Plac Wiślany will offer over 30 stores of well-known chain brands, as well as service and food outlets. The opening is scheduled for late 2026/early 2027. The investor is APM Development, a company with long-standing relationships in the real estate and construction sectors. Since 2003, the company has been implementing projects throughout Warsaw – including numerous housing developments in Siekierki.
