The “Przystanek Karkonosze” retail park opens in August!

This August, "Przystanek Karkonosze" will open on the outskirts of Karpacz. It will become the largest retail park in the region. A diverse range of tenants will be available within its approximately 16,000 square meters of retail space.

This investment, developed by REDKOM Development, perfectly aligns with the development of the retail sector in southwestern Poland and has the potential to become a new hub for everyday shopping for both locals and the numerous tourists visiting the Karkonosze Mountains.

Thanks to its convenient location – right off the main road leading to Karpacz – "Przystanek Karkonosze" will be easily accessible to both local customers and leisure travelers. This is a response to the growing need for a functional and comfortable retail and service space in this part of the country.

The approximately 16,000 m² retail space will feature a diverse range of tenants – from well-known clothing brands, shoe stores, drugstores, electronics, and service outlets. Lidl will be the food operator in the facility.

One of the tenants that has recently joined the project is So Coffee Park! – a renowned chain of cafés offering a wide selection of high-quality coffees, teas, infusions, freshly squeezed juices, and desserts – from ice cream to homemade cakes. The menu also includes nutritious meals – sandwiches and wraps prepared with the freshest ingredients, perfect for a quick and tasty meal. The café will also feature an IQOS zone, offering IQOS products. The presence of So Coffee Park! aligns with the idea of creating spaces not only for shopping, but also for meetings and relaxation.

"Our priority is to create a retail space that harmoniously combines functionality with the comfort of everyday life and shopping," says Piotr Żegarski, Junior Leasing Manager at Redkom Development. "Joining the ranks of tenants for the innovative concept of So Coffee Park! confirms not only the attractiveness of Przystanek Karkonosze but also our commitment to creating modern, well-commercialized retail facilities."

The investment in Miłków not only expands the retail infrastructure but also provides a significant boost to the local economy. The project aims to create new jobs and increase the attractiveness of the region.

The retail park in Miłków has the potential to become not only a place for everyday shopping but also a local center for meetings, events, and social activities. Thanks to its attractive location and well-thought-out urban planning concept, the new investment has the potential to play a significant role in the development of the entire Karkonosze region.
