An additional 1,200 square meters of retail space will be created. The expansion will expand Ozimska Park's offerings to include CCC, Worldbox, and Dr Materac stores. Construction completion and the opening of the new space are planned for the fourth quarter of 2025.

The expanded facility, with a total area of over 18,000 square meters (GLA), will provide an even more comprehensive offering to residents of Opole and the surrounding area, strengthening its position on the retail map of Upper Silesia. Ozimska Park was developed by Redkom Development and opened in November 2023.

The expanding retail park is located at 72 Ozimska Street, in a traditionally commercial location close to the heart of Opole and adjacent to provincial road no. 423. Eleven bus lines stop near Ozimska Street, and thanks to the extensive road network and parking for approximately 500 cars, the facility is also convenient for drivers. Current tenants with retail outlets in the facility include: Jula, Vive Profit, Woolworth, Kaufland, NKD, Media Expert, Orange, Hendi, TEDi, Pepco, Dealz, Sinsay, Przyjazna Apteka, Carry, Itaka, Rossmann, Żabka, Piekarnia Hert, and the Sphinx restaurant.
