Panorama Tatr in Zakopane – new shopping center with Biedronka!
Biedronka has become the grocery operator in the upcoming Panorama Tatr shopping center in Zakopane. It is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of this year.
Zakopane, one of the most frequently visited cities in Poland, will gain a modern shopping center called Panorama Tatr. The facility is being built to meet the needs of the region's residents and the approximately 3 million tourists visiting the capital of the Tatra Mountains annually.
The shopping center is conveniently located in the city center, 200 meters from the popular Krupówki Street and the city's main transportation hub. One of Zakopane's biggest tourist attractions, the Gubałówka Funicular, and the iconic Gubałówka Market are also nearby.
The facility will house more than a dozen stores, including a grocery operator and stores from leading chain and local brands. Services and restaurants will also complement the tenant mix. A major attraction of the center will be a regional restaurant located on the top floor, seating up to 250 people. Customers will be able to admire the unique interior design and a spacious terrace with a spectacular 360-degree view of the Tatra Mountains.
Parking at the shopping center will be located next to the Gubałówka parking lot, which will further increase customer traffic.
The entire facility is scheduled to open in the second half of 2025.
Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and leasing.
The project investor is a family business with years of experience in the restaurant industry, operating two highly regarded restaurants in Zakopane: Drukarnia Smaku and Cristina Ristorante & Pizzeria.
