New Succession, new formula - we reveal what will be created in the entertainment zone in the shopping center in Łódź

Galeria Nowa Sukcesja is a shopping and service center in Łódź that implements a new concept not only on a local but also European scale. Customer turnout for approximately 100 mall stores will be enhanced by a unique entertainment center. Attractions for the whole family and young people will occupy over 30,000 m2, i.e. half of the entire facility. No gallery in Poland has ever had such a proportion, and there is no such entertainment area under the gallery roof in all of Europe!

Sukcesja has not had an easy history, but everything indicates that its new version has not only corrected all the errors of the original concept, but will ensure (nomen omen) the success of the project by taking into account the latest trade trends and the requirements/expectations of a modern customer. The center building is undergoing intensive remodeling - there will be more greenery, wood and glazing, but above all the concept of the facility will change. The mall intends to compete with other shopping facilities in the city primarily through the comfort of shopping, a commercial offer tailored to the customer in Łódź and the surrounding area, a gastronomic offer and to enable the customer to spend a unique time in the facility.

Entertainment for the whole family

Although the heart of Nowa Sukcesja is trade and services, the facility will certainly stand out from other shopping centers in Łódź with its entertainment zone, which will consist, among others, of: large thematic playgrounds unheard of in the country, numerous different types of slides, mountains, volcanoes, castles, carousels, "bumper cars" zone, Ninja Warrior obstacle course, rope park, climbing wall, go-kart track, trampoline park, sports fields, stage for concerts, sports and artistic performances, driving schools for children and teenagers, as many as 20 uniquely designed and equipped thematic birthday rooms and a large gamer zone with over 120 (!) stations. There will also be the largest, unique toy store in Poland. Children will be able to explore the entire entertainment floor on moving trains.

The project is inspired by modern playgrounds from Dubai, Singapore, China and the USA.

All these attractions will be located on floor -1 and will be very affordable - so as to create very high traffic for the mall every day throughout the week, and thus support the turnover of tenants who will operate on floors 0 and +1. Attractions of the entertainment floor on level -1 and attractions of floor +2, i.e. a 9-screen Helios cinema, a 24-lane bowling alley, Fit Fabric fitness club, a dance school and a medical facility, as well as over a thousand parking spaces in the upper parking lot - will ensure even customer flow throughout mall, which means a high customer turnout at each store.

Additionally, gastronomy will be an important component of Nowa Sukcesja. With such a developed entertainment zone, the time spent by the customer in the facility will be much longer than in a "normal shopping mall". Therefore, the facility will include not only a large, spacious food court with over 10 food outlets - including McDonald's, but also cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants. Both entertainment and gastronomy will be operated by approximately 100 commercial and service tenants. Additionally, a big attraction of the facility will be one of the largest Biedronka stores in Poland (approx. 1,800 m2).

The investor of Nowa Sukcesja is the Amush company - Joanna Bekdas-Bruzda and Sabri Bekdas - owners of many commercial and hotel properties and co-creators of the Warsaw AIRO concept. Daniel Heinst, known for projects such as Mandoria and Majaland, is responsible for the coordination and design of the entertainment zone on level -1. Mallson Polska and Anna Piotrowska on behalf of the investor are responsible for the commercial concept and lease of the gallery.

The opening of Nowa Sukcesja is scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year.
