The group of tenants of Ozimska Park in Opole is joined by the German giant among non-food discount stores - TEDi. It will occupy an area of nearly 800 sq m. Mallson Polska is responsible for the lease of the retail space. Supervision over the commercialization and management of the facility is carried out by Scallier.

Another modern retail park in Poland - built on the site of the former project of a shopping center with a Tesco hypermarket - after reconstruction, it will offer approx. 18,000 sq m. of leasable space, where over 30 stores of well-known chain brands will operate. In a modernized space with two independent, comfortable parking lots, a roofed relaxation zone, greenery and interesting architectural solutions, Kaufland and popular chains such as Jula, Media Expert, Rossmann or Sinsay.

The project is located in the city center on the longest street in the city, surrounded by numerous residential buildings, close to offices, a court, schools, kindergartens and the railway station. In its vicinity there is a Lidl market and a McDonald's restaurant. In addition, Ozimska Park is integrated with a common large car park with the Agata Meble showroom and the Aldi supermarket.

The opening of Ozimska Park is scheduled for November this year.
