The works related to the construction of Galeria Metro Kwidzyn are planned to start next month. The investor has just obtained the final building permit. Currently, the tender is coming to an end, in which the general contractor of the investment will be selected. Galeria Metro will be the first such large shopping and entertainment facility in Kwidzyn.

At the same time as the activities leading to the commencement of construction are progressing according to the schedule, the company implements the commercialization process of the facility. Mallson Polska and the commercialization team of Metropolitan Investment are responsible for leasing the commercial space of the facility.

The project of Galeria Metro Kwidzyn assumes the construction of an object with a leasable area of ​​nearly 13,000. sq m, in which there will be about 35 stores, service and catering outlets, as well as a grocery market and the only multi-screen cinema in the region. As part of the investment, approximately 330 parking spaces have been planned. Galeria Metro Kwidzyn will be the largest shopping and entertainment center in the city.

The planned date of putting the investment into use is the second quarter of 2020.
