At the turn of the second and third quarters of 2019, the largest shopping and entertainment center in Kwidzyn will be opened. The investment of Metropolitan Park Kwidzyn assumes the construction of a facility with an usable area of ​​approximately 13 thousand square meters and is implemented by the investment and development company Metropolitan Investment S.A.

In May 2018 work on the construction of a new facility will start in Kwidzyn. The building will be almost twice as large as the already existing shopping center in the city. The Metropolitan Park Kwidzyn has planned 40 stores, service and food outlets, a food market, the only multiplex cinema in the region, a fitness club, a large children's area and a drive-thru restaurant. The project also includes 350 comfortable and free parking spaces. The investment is located at one of the main intersections of the city at the junction of Toruńska and South streets. Nearby are residential estates, Kwidzyńskie Sports and Recreation Center and Special Economic Zone. The opening of Metropolitan Park Kwidzyn is scheduled for 2019.
